My roommate Alex and I have a problem. We love going out to eat. Cafe Rio, Burger Supreme, Mountain West Burrito, McDonald's, Wendy's, all of the above...You name it, we love it. However, this lifestyle is not good on the wallet or the waistline, so we decided to create in a little challenge:
No going out to eat for one whole week. Our reward for making it a full week? Going out to eat. I'm easily motivated.
Day 1: Sunday
For the first day of my challenge, I made macaroni and cheese and frozen vegetables. I had no food in my cupboard, ok?
